Bravery
I believe in following my moral compass, and doing what is right, despite the personal or professional implications. I believe in having the courage to admit that I can learn from others. Our family motto is “Be Brave. No Excuses.”
Authenticity
I say what I mean, and ask for what I think is right. As a mentor to young leaders, I’ve always encouraged them to be honest and transparent in their interactions.
Empathy
I treat others with respect and seek to understand their perspective and point of view regardless of my own opinion. I love a political debate, but always give others the benefit of the doubt.
